First choose the height by turning the pillow over, then rest your head in the central hollow, neck on the support. On your side, your head rests on one of the side wings.

Start with the low side. If your neck feels under-supported, try the high side. The right choice depends on your build and your mattress.

On your back, head in the central hollow; on your side, on one of the side wings. It can also be used on your stomach.

Yes, as with any new contoured pillow: allow a few nights. When unpacking, leave the foam in the open air for a few hours.
