Komua 14 · Adjustable Back Stretcher

Clip the board at level 1, place the stretcher on a mat on the floor, then lie down gently, knees bent, with the soft strip in line with your back. To get up, roll onto your side.

Always start at level 1, the lowest. Only move up a level if the position stays comfortable. The three levels are about 7, 9 and 11 cm high.

A few minutes is enough, especially at first. Stop as soon as the position becomes uncomfortable.

Shipping is free, with no minimum order. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then delivered in 7–10 business days (estimated times). You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

You have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, including for discounted items. Komua extends returns to 30 days after receipt: from day 15 to day 30, the product must be in a resaleable condition and some exclusions may apply, including discounted or final clearance items. To request a return, contact us at contact@komua.com. The direct cost of returning the product is your responsibility, except where the product is defective or damaged, or where we made an error. Full details in our return policy.

Payment is secure. The available payment methods are shown below the add-to-cart button and at checkout: bank cards, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, depending on your device and country.

Fit the soft strip onto the board, then clip the wide end of the board onto the base and the narrow end into the notch you choose. No tools are needed.

Use Komua 14 gently, starting at the lowest level. Do not use it if you have an injury, recent back surgery, osteoporosis or are pregnant, and ask a health professional for advice if in doubt or in pain. Stop if you feel discomfort or numbness.

Contact us at contact@komua.com with your order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, a photo or video. We’ll offer you a free replacement or a full refund.
