Lie on your back, knees bent, and place your neck on the curve with your head resting in the hollow, a few centimetres from the edge. Stay relaxed for about 10 minutes, then remove it.

Start with the convex side, which is gentler. Only move to the deeper concave side if the position stays comfortable after a few days.

About 10 minutes a day is enough. Do not sleep with it: remove it before the night.
